Malysia General Election 2008

Pak Lah decided that he wont be quitting despite the results of general election. According to NST online He will continue to work with Barisan National.

He said that even though Barisan did not obtain a two-thirds parliamentary majority, the coalition did not lose and as its head. He will continue to serve the government with his full rights.

In addition, Abdullah dismissed rumours that he is stepping down. He hopes that his supporters will support him throughout this hard time. In fact, several UMNO members actually pay a visit to Abdullah to show their supports towards him.
